These Terms of Service govern your use of TestPilot ("the Service"), operated at gettestpilot.com. By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
TestPilot is an AI-powered tool that generates manual test cases from user stories. The Service uses Anthropic's Claude AI to analyze user stories and produce test case suggestions including happy paths, edge cases, and negative scenarios.
To access certain features, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

TestPilot offers the following plans:
Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings, effective at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new Pro and Team subscriptions. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund. After 7 days, refunds are issued at our discretion.
Test cases generated by TestPilot are AI suggestions and should be reviewed by a qualified QA professional before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of generated test cases for any particular purpose. You retain ownership of the user stories you submit and the test cases generated from them.
TestPilot, its logo, design, and underlying technology are the intellectual property of TestPilot. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from our Service without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TestPilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We are not liable for any losses resulting from Service unavailability.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Latvia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
